A block of hours drawn down as needed. Suits work that can’t be fully specified up front — fault-finding, modifications, iterative development, or ongoing support of an existing system.
Fixed-scope project
A defined deliverable, quoted against an agreed scope. Suits a new panel, a defined control system, or a commissioning package where the requirements are known.
