Industrial automation
Control systems, panels and commissioning.
Machine and process control — designed, programmed, built and proven on site. Work spans food and beverage processing, oil and gas, manufacturing and mobile plant, and travels beyond South-East Queensland where the job warrants it.

Capability
PLC & HMI programming
Most industrial code outlives the person who wrote it. The difference between a machine that can be modified in an afternoon and one that has to be rewritten is entirely down to how the original was structured.

The expensive mistakes in automation are made early — the wrong architecture, an undersized network, safety bolted on at the end. Design decisions made in a week determine what the plant costs to run for a decade.

Most panel jobs start with a description and end with a surprise. This one starts with a drawing and a render of the actual panel — because the software that produces them is ours.
Read moreCommissioning
A system that works on the bench and a system that works on site are different claims. Commissioning is where that difference gets found, and it's the phase most likely to be compressed when a project runs late.

How the work is engaged
Grouped technical hours
A block of hours drawn down as needed. Suits work that can’t be fully specified up front — fault-finding, modifications, iterative development, or ongoing support of an existing system.
Fixed-scope project
A defined deliverable quoted against an agreed scope. Suits a new panel, a defined control system, or a commissioning package where the requirements are known.
Worth knowing
We build our own panel design software.
PanelPro Studio is a control panel design tool we build and sell to switchboard shops and automation professionals. Components snap to DIN rail and duct at true scale, wiring schedules and cut lengths generate from the routed conductors, and the panel renders in 3D from manufacturer geometry — so on panel work here, you see the panel before anything is cut.
Got a system that needs work?
New build, modification, or something that’s misbehaving and nobody can pin down.
