What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect the name, email address, phone number, suburb and message you provide, plus any answers to the questions on that form. That is the only personal information this website collects. There are no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics on this site.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and carry out work you engage us for. We do not sell personal information, and we do not send marketing email unless you have asked us to.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored on a server located in Australia and operated by Secure Systems Integrators. A copy of each enquiry is also sent to our business email so we can respond. Access is limited to Secure Systems Integrators personnel.
Security system data
Where we install or service a security system, footage and access records belong to you, the system owner, and are stored on your equipment. We only access them when you ask us to, for support or maintenance. We do not retain copies.
Access, correction and removal
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will action the request, ordinarily within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
